Engine Yard utilizes The Net Promoter System℠ (NPS) to provide our organization with a clear measure of performance through the eyes of our customers. Your responses allow us to determine what actions we should take to continuously improve and deliver a world class experience to our customers!

Through the Promoter.io platform we administer a five minute, web-based survey, once per quarter to all our customers. The survey asks two questions: “On a 0-to-10 scale, how likely is it that you would recommend Engine Yard to a friend or colleague?” and “What is the most important reason for your score?” Your responses provide us with direct, real-time feedback that we can learn from and act on. The activities of our employees are then prioritized to ensure they are directly accountable for acting on all feedback received from customers in a professional and timely manner.

We are excited to receive and act upon your feedback and we hope you feel the same way about sharing your input with us. Here’s a quick outline of the process as we move along through it together.
